I thought that I was an amazing employee. I knew that I had a lot of people that were really behind me and my ideas at work. There are a lot of people that knew that they had to fill out their own assessments so that they were able to figure out where they stood. I was hoping that I would be able to speak with someone about the fact that I had a business coaching expert offering a great one day seminar and I really wanted to attend.
